The registration check-in starts from 3 pm on Friday, July 25, 2025. A staff member will meet you at the requested location for the check-in process. The location of the check in place will be notified at the conference site as you arrive.
WHAT YOU WILL RECEIVE 1. Housing key cards for all program participants (unless otherwise specified) 2. Parking access card(s) 3. Campus and resources documents.
The dining place is Wavers Cafe. Waves Cafe dining room is open seven days a week at the times below: ● Breakfast: 7:30 – 9:30 AM ● Lunch: 11:30 AM – 2 PM ● Dinner: 5 – 7 PM
The first dinner starts Friday at 5 pm, July 25th. Your admission fee includes nine meals: Friday dinner through Sunday lunch. All meals are buffet style. Their menus will be posted as they become available. You need to wear your badges for access to the dining hall. Please make sure you get it during the check-in. Below is the view of the dining hall.
The cost of parking is included in the admission fee. The gates will be open 24 hours a day from Friday to Sunday of the conference. You will receive an overnight parking permit to hang in their car. See the map on Location & Housing.

To check out, return your key card by 1 pm, on Sunday, July 27th. Keys will be collected by the responsible leaders. Any keys not returned prior to exactly 11 AM will result in a lost key charge ($75).
Any rented linens should be stripped from the beds and put in the common spaces of each suite. All trash in rooms or micro chill units should be put in common space trash cans by guests. Cleaning fees will be applied for rooms that are left littered or damaged. Groups are allowed to stay on campus past 11 AM on the departure date but will be required to vacate the housing premises by that time.
If you are visiting a Pepperdine University campus, you will need to register your computer or network device to use our network. The quick-connect option allows access to standard web browsing and common VPN technologies but restricts other types of network connections. Registration is for the current calendar day, and you may re-register daily.
